Performance Team Test Lead

We are seeking highly skilled Team lead, with quirkiness and eagerness to transform imaginative ideas into solutions that deliver comfort and convenience to travelers using our products worldwide.
You will join a team that is building and executing various types of performance tests to help determine stability and capacity across various high volume and heavily integrated applications and architectures.
We are genuinely interested in self-motivated testers and engineers with proven ability to work with performance testing tools, and the ability to monitor and understand application and system behavior under load.
Responsibilities:
Your mission will be to create custom automation frameworks, load generators, fault injectors, metrics analyzers and visualization software using primarily Python in conjunction with existing open-source solutions to execute tests of our applications and analyze the results.
Secondly you will be in charge of creating and maintaining tests to inject load, analyze metrics from application and system logs and simulate system behavior based on the production workload of these applications.
Additionally, you will also:
- Evaluate application architectures and design suitable performance and stability tests
- Collect and report results both accurately and effectively to Development, QA, and System owners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience in a performance testing role
- Experience with one or more UNIX scripting languages (e.g. python/python, bash)
- Advanced knowledge of Linux system administrator's tools
- Advanced knowledge of system/application levels monitoring tools (eg. Zabbix)
- Team working skills
- Very good written and verbal communication in English.
