The role of Penetration Testing Specialist is primarily responsible for carrying out security penetration testing activities for both client-facing and internal applications and infrastructure. Role-holders will provide vulnerability analysis on their findings in addition to technical remediation. Role-holders will cooperate with IS risk analysts/consultants, and sometimes directly with the business, or IT representatives to provide advice on the mitigation of discovered flaws or implementing state-of-art security mechanisms.

The role of Penetration Testing Specialist is primarily responsible for carrying out security penetration testing activities for both client-facing and internal applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert penetration testing services (reports) in line with approved processes
- Provide customers with relevant and timely advice relating to identified findings and recommendations
- Perform conclusive, impact research on security vulnerabilities and/or popular computing technologies
- Collaborate with/mentor team members to increase security knowledge
Requirements:
- Web application and infrastructure level penetration testing experience of 2-3 years
- Successful track record of discovering vulnerabilities and security flaws (CVE’s)
- Proficiency in English, good written and spoken communications skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (OWASP, OSSTMM or ISSAF)
- Experience of working internationally
