On behalf of our client, growing SSC of medical company in Wrocław, we are looking for Payroll Supervisor with German.
This job will involve planning, process documenting, work-shadowing, recruiting & training new teams and stabilizing processes. You will be responsible for managing Payroll team and creating best-in-class European Payroll shared service function with a focus on customer service and process efficiency.

This job will involve planning, process documenting, work-shadowing, recruiting & training new teams and stabilizing processes. You will be responsible for managing Payroll team and creating best-in-class European Payroll shared service function with a focus on customer service and process efficiency.
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Shared Service Center on the team lead or supervisor position
- Specific payroll expertise and detailed knowledge around legal regulations, social security and tax system for Germany
- Very good knowledge of systems and technology that support payroll
- Experience in transition of HR/Payroll processes to HR SSC, designing, documenting and analysing
- Strong managerial and operational skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English is a must
