For our Client, an international company, we are looking for Payroll Supervisor to join its new Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.
Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for managing the workload of 10 members team, solving escalations, collecting and updating employee’s data by keeping information confidential, calculating pay and deductions and preparing reports. Moreover, key responsibilities on this position include: answering questions and requests, supporting employees in daily activities and implementing improvements.
We are looking for a person who has minimum three years of experience in payroll function, gained preferably in SSC/BPO and first experience in leading small group of people. Fluent English is a must. We are seeking candidates with very good organizational and communication skills.
