Payroll Specialist
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist looking for a varied yet challenging role. Working within our team of finance professionals you will assist the Payroll Manager in running a payroll service for our employees. The scope of the role will be varied and although an understanding of payroll systems is essential there will be training and support available.
Main responsibilities:
You have to ensure that all payroll deadlines are met. As we are looking for Payroll Specialist, the supporting role for Payroll Administrators is essential. You will be responsible for managing the end to end process for the Payroll and month end duties. Liaising with employees/managers/HR/Payroll providers and other third parties will be your daily duty. We will encourage you to participatein continuous improvement opportunities in the company.
Basic Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in processing European payroll
• Advanced English in speech and writing
• Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to identify process issues and improvement opportunities
