On behalf of our Client, a new Shared Service Center based in Warsaw, we are urgently looking for candidates to hold the positions of Payroll Specialist. Candidates will support French, UK or Nordic market, depending on language skills.
Payroll Specialist will be responsible for collecting and updating employee’s data by keeping information confidential, verification of payroll inputs, controlling final pay and deductions and preparing reports. Moreover, key responsibilities on this position include: answering questions and requests, supporting Team Leader in daily activities and implementing improvements.
We are looking for candidates who have minimum two years of experience in payroll function, gained preferably in SSC/BPO. Successful candidate should have knowledge of HRIS and MS office tools. Fluent English, French or one of Nordic language is a must. We are seeking candidates with problem solving attitude and analytical skills.
