Key Activities Role:
- Function as a Co-Project Manager during the implementation of the ADP GlobalView and Streamline systems
- Participate in the requirements gathering, conversion, setup and testing of the new Payroll systems
- Serves as a primary point of contact for the local payroll SME’s during implementation phases
- Support Process Advisor in creation of desktop procedures for country deviations
- Act as technical expert of ADPs payroll systems including maintenance of documentation such as job aids, training manuals, configuration and other support related documents
- Provides support during UAT and parallel testing
- Assist payroll end users and data management with reports and tools as appropriate
- Provides expertise to Project Manager in regards to country specific tasks
- Keep current on ADPs payroll systems, attend all required trainings, and maintain a working knowledge of the new systems and best practices
Preferred knowledge / experience:
- Multiple years of relevant work experience in an international environment
- Experience with GlobalView is a requirement, Streamline an added benefit
- Prior experience with payroll systems implementations
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple different projects required
- Self-management skills with the strategic agility to ensure alignment and drive execution
- Familiarity with payroll compliance topics such as benefits in kind, paid leaves etc.
- Risk identification skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task under pressure whilst maintaining high quality delivery
