Reporting to Regional Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the payroll processing and controls for UK/Ireland
Responsibilities:
•Prepare and/or update payroll instructions and provide them to payroll vendor
•Payroll controls in Excel and reconciliation back to source
•Provide a support to payroll related questions from employees, managers or other EMEA Teams
•Operate daily with external vendors as well as other teams (i.e. Payroll EMEA Teams Financial Accounting)
•Support in internal/external audits

Qualifications:
•Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in HR/Payroll environment
•Bachelor degree or equivalent
•Excellent English language skills
•Working experience of working time regulation in UK/Ireland would be an asset
•Strong knowledge and working experience of Excel
•Strong analytical and administrative skills
•Attention to details
•Ability to work both independently and collaborate in a regional team environment
