For our client, the company Xeos, which was formed in co-operation with Lufthansa Technik and General Electric, currently we are looking for experienced professional who will join the team on the position of Payroll Administration Specialist.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for preparing payroll, taking care of correctness of employment documents, preparing documents needed in the process of employment of foreigners, preparing documents related to medical examinations, handling documentation related to local and foreign trainings for the employees. You will also be involved in creating new channels of communication within the company and take initiatives to improve administrative and HR processes. Your duties will also include current monitoring of amendments to the Labor Law and social insurance regulations and implementing these changes in the company.
What you'll need to succeed
Your experience (min. 1-2 years) at the similar position will lead to your success. Higher education degree and fluency in English is essential as well. We will be happy to see that you are self-motivated, independent and proactive person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
