Payments Specialist

Work Place: Wrocław, Poland

Summary of Role

All tasks revolve around online payments made by ACN’s Europe customers and IBO’s: processing, monitoring, reporting, refunds and disputes. Reporting and improving of current processes will have a lot of focus, therefore the role holder needs to have advanced knowledge of Excel, be technically minded and analytical.

Major Tasks

• Prepare and maintain reporting on payments KPIs for different Business Lines
• Process all Requests for information and chargeback notifications in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare reporting on all disputed payments, analysis and escalation of problem areas
• Process payments and refunds manually via the Payment Vendors interfaces as necessary
• Maintain repository documents on Payment Vendors information
• Hold the daily operational relationship with Payment vendors to resolve queries and issues
• Work closely with other internal departments to support new developments or issue resolution in or related to the Payments area
• Assist the Payments Manager with any ad hoc request

Wymagania

Knowledge and skill requirements

• Good command of English
• Strong Analytical and logical abilities
• Strong Excel knowledge is a must
• Strong Reporting skills
• Good communication skills
• Learning and Researching skills
• Experience or Familiarity with the Payments Industry is a plus
