For our Client, an international automotive company we are looking for the candidates for the position of Paint Line Manager.
Person in this position will be responsible for the management of a team of Paint Line, including Supervisors and Process Engineers. He/She will be in charge of production management in line with quality standards and company strategy. Main focus will be on effective people management and production optimization. Paintline Manager will be also responsible for reviewing, monitoring and defining KPIs as well as implementing continuous improvement solutions.
Perfect Candidate for this position should have several years of experience in the position of Production Manager/Area Manager in automotive or white goods industry and proven experience of effective team management. Automotive industry experience will be considered as an advantage. To be successful in this role you should be able to communicate easily in English, be open-minded and ready for challenges.
