Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
A multinational in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on NPI projects in secondary packaging.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Packaging Validation Engineer you will be responsible for projects for new products and secondary packaging, labeling and folding carton. You will be responsible for purchasing packaging equipment, guiding FATs and SATs, writing technical requirements and the development of packaging materials. The focus will be on NPI, besides this there will also be smaller projects on optimization the coming year.
The organization is well known for her flexible approach towards working hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Packaging equipment validation
- Writing technical documentation
- Guiding qualification tests
- Guiding product tests
- Guiding purchase of new packaging equipment
- Conducting technical requirements
- Writing URS
- Being responsible for the complete process: from concept phase to commissioning
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a similar level in combination with a training at the NVC
- At least 5 year's experience in secondary packaging in a pharmaceutical production environment
- Affinity with packaging equipment and materials
- Experience in a GMP environment
- Fluent in English and Dutch
