ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Packaging Specialist you’ll be part of the R&D team advising on business decisions concerning new and current product development, taking into account all proven, legal, product and process data. The role has an operational as well as a strategic scope. You’ll be consulting with other departments and lead the technical projects up to build and implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead research and technology projects for new product development up to implementation (guarding time to market, quality and costs).
- Consult and contribute to running projects.
- Lead further development and innovation by keeping close technological market watch.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc/Msc Packging or Industrial Design .
- 5+ years of experience in this field of work.
- Experience in (technical) project management.
- You are strongly motivated and result driven with a hands-on mentality.
- You have a natural ability to juggle several projects at once and prioritize accordingly.
- You act as an informed decision maker and problem solver.
- You have an extensive technical network.
