Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
Is the world's most international brewer and leads the development and marketing of premium beer and cider brands all over the world. This company has a powerful portfolio of hundreds of international but also local beers and specialty beers. The company is committed to innovation and long-term brand investment.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be a team leader in the brewery in Den Bosch where you will be part of the department responsible for the filling of casks, bottles and cans for clients in the Netherlands. In this team leading role you will take care of the safety of your team, you will lead and coach your team to stimulate their personal development. In the end you will be partially responsible the quality, efficiency and sustainability of the end products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading a team of 15-25 experienced operators
- Responsibility of the progress of an advanced production line
- Responsible for the collaboration between different departments, such as logistics and quality
- Close communication with the head packaging managers
- Production improvement according TPM
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Engeneering/Technical Engeneering
- 3-5 years of experience in teamleading in a production environment
- Experience in TPM, Lean and Six sigma processes
- Flexible and entrepreneurial mindset
