THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.
You will be working for an international business-to-business company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Packaging Development Manager you will be executing cross functional packaging projects and develop and execute programs to achieve objectives within the manufacturers and business units.
You will act as a central packaging expert, supporting packaging related activities for all business units and production site in the EMEA region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focused on cost reduction
- Work with packaging purchasing and production sites across Europe (machinery aswel as packaging)
- Support the planning and organisation of end-user tests
- Support QA packaging initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree in Foodtechnology or Engineering degree (chemical or mechanical)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of developing packaging concepts
- Experience of knowledge of 2D and 3D visualization software packages
- Willing to travel 30%
