ROLE DESCRIPTION
To ensure that the company is able to continuously deliver high quality food all over the world, the company needs to enhance its research and development capabilities. They are aiming to do this by centralizing the new innovation centre in Netherlands. This position will be part of the new European R&D structure. You will be functioning as a packaging specialist for the duration of a specific project, in which you will be a member of the packaging development team supporting the dvelopment of a new, improved and more cost efficient product within the agreed on terms for innovation and cost reduction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivery of key goals making use of the packaging fundamentals
- Ensurance of cost effectiveness and competitiveness with focus on sustainability
- Develop and execute packaging solutions voor a specific project
- Keep up-to-date with new innovation and cost-reducing activities
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Engineering + packaging specialisation or packaging working experience
- Well developed communication and coordination skills
- Able to function effectively in a team
