THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
Een bedrijf in de zuivelindustrie met 5 verpakkingslijnen. Het komende jaar wordt er een nieuwe productieruimte gebouwd. Als Package Engineer ben je onderdeel van het R&D team en ben je als engineer bij het gehele proces betrokken, van conceptfase tot de ingebruikname van de lijnen.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als Package Engineer heb je een grondige technische kennis van package equipment. De primaire verpakkingen bestaan voornamelijk uit folie, de secundaire verpakking uit (vouw)karton. De focus zal voor 70/80% procent liggen op NPI. Als technisch projectleider ben je in staat om op verschillende niveaus goed te communiceren. Je weet technische vereisten zowel top down als bottom up goed te vertalen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verantwoordelijk voor NPI en optimalisatie projecten
- Verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van verbeterprogramma's voor verpakkingslijnen
- Begeleiden FAT en SAT testen
- Supplier management
- Intern stakeholder management: kwaliteit, inkoop, productie, R&D
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc of MSc in Mechanical of Chemical Engineering of Food Technology of vergelijkbare technische achtergrond
- Minimaal 10 jaar technische ervaring in het opbouwen van snelle verpakkingslijnen in de voedingsindustrie, bij voorkeur in de zuivel
- Ervaring in product- en processontwikkeling en verpakkingsmachine engineering
- Bereid regelmatig internationale suppliers op te zoeken
- Praktijkgerichte aanpak, initiatiefnemend, voortrekker
- Analytische, betrouwbare persoonlijkheid
- Consciëntieuse en onderzoekende houding
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
