For our Client, international company located in Gdansk, we are currently looking for Mandarin Speaker interested in accounts payable process.
Your new role
As a P2P Specialist you will be responsible for processing invoices in global accounting system, participate in vendor setup process, provide daily service to Customers, participation in financial month end close process and ad hoc analysis and reports based on internal needs and Customer requests. You will use Mandarin and English languages in carrying out everyday duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the best Candidate for this position you should have excellent communication skills (Mandarin C1/C2; English min. B2). We need a candidate with good command of Excel and strong analytical skills with great attention to detail. Previous experience in similar role is nice to have, but your motivation and curiosity to learn are sufficient to start. If you don’t have one, tell us about your previous experience in corporation and your daily tasks connected with your new role.
