P2P Specialist/Expert

Responsibilities:
- Be a supporter in establishing the P2P Operations Front Office team
- Participate in the transition of activities to Warsaw
- Actively support Manager in accomplishing departmental goals and objectives
- Be a role-model and Subject Matter Expert
- Ensure that Indirect Purchasing policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Be the Point of contract for Indirect sourcing activities for Operational Purchasers
- Support communication flow and successful execution between the Business and SSC
- Support Company´s employees and SSC in handling deviations to standard process flows
- Ensure compliance with category strategies and cost down initiatives
- Participate in catalogue development in collaboration with Category Managers
- Ensure relevant support & dialogue with the Category Managers
- Involvement and link to Global Purchase for sourcing activities
- Support eBuy roll out, implementing processes & future system enhancements;
- Build and maintain a strong network of local Operational Purchasers
- Develop training materials and how to guides in cooperation with Indirect Purchasing
- Review, act and report-out client feedback to help improve service delivery (bottom-up improvements)
- Pro-actively identify needs for process changes & end user training - execute in cooperation with PBP
- Support Indirect Purchasing KPI´s and be in compliance with policies, strategies and procedures
- Drive compliance with an overall new model of Indirect Purchasing delivery
- Ensure close collaboration with Finance (Global Process Owners) to secure seamless P2P flow
- min.2-4 years of Indirect Purchasing/P2P Operations experience
- Good knowledge of eBuy or Ariba
- Knowledge of SAP is a must
- Culture awareness
- Fluent in English, additional language nice to have (German, French, Danish)
