For our Client - internationally company that has lately developed Shared Service Center Warsaw, we are currently looking for experienced leader on the position of P2P Accountant.
As a P2P Accountant you will be responsible for processing invoices and expense claims in a timely and quality manner as defined by Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations. Moreover, while working on this position, you will ensure that all processed documents are posted accordance to accounting rules and legal compliances. You will also responds to assigned enquire, resolves open items with vendors and collaborates closely within the AP and Expenses team seeking opportunities for improving SSC customers experience and contributing to a positive working atmosphere.The responsibilities also include support junior accountant in daily tasks and communicate with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 2 year experience in Accounts Payable. Excellent English skills is a must. Also important thing is a university degree preferably in accounting or related courses (may be yet completing the studies if available for full time role). Customer focus, problem solving skills and understanding of the end to end AP strategies are essential to be successful on this position.
As a P2P Accountant you will build your capabilities in a real-life context enabling you to grow in an organic manner via hands-on experience and day-to-day challenges. You will become part of a new organizational entity, meaning that you will play a significant role in defining the AP department of tomorrow. On top of that the company offers a permanent contract, attractive salary and benefits.
