The Outreach Project Manager will coordinate our community outreach efforts to initiate and cultivate relationships and partnerships with different organizations across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and track complex outreach campaign launches that include coordination of multiple internal teams and external contractors.

• Develop milestones and schedules for projects, ensuring project team and stakeholder alignment; manage and deliver on agreed-upon deadlines. Understand and identify key interdependencies and critical path tasks, as well as anticipate potential issues.

• Develop repeatable outreach methodologies and processes; focus on continual improvement and streamlining of processes to ensure best quality outcomes and speed.

• Provide ongoing project status updates, including preparation of meeting materials for team members and senior management.

• Proactively keep team members on deadlines in an effective and positive way.

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Identify and utilize project management tools to plan and track project deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a project manager, preferably in the information technology or marketing sectors

• Experience in engineering or computer science a plus

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• PMP / PRINCE II / MCP certification a plus

• Good English
