OTC Operations Delivery Manager - new SSC in Prague!
Our Client is establishing new Order to Cash Department in Prague. Their goal is to hire over 30 experts who join a new OtC structure. At the moment, we are looking for Order to Cash Operations Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the operations of the credit and collections team within Finance Shared Service Center with specific responsibility for customer interactions within EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of up to 30 heads across all major language groups and customer channels. The role will deliver on agreed target KPI's for countries and customers and to identify opportunities for improving processes and performance of the team. The individual will report directly to Head of EMEA Shared Services.

Description
- Building the OtC process and operations from the scratch
- Deliver a service to the businesses served by the Shared Service Centre and
- Full responsibility for process management (delivering on agreed KPIs for countries, quality and customer experience, performance management and continuous process improvement)
- Manage the operations and collection process delivered via Team Leaders
- Manage a team consisted of 3 Team Leaders and up to 30 credit collectors divided into regions and/or language groups
- Inspire, motivate and develop the multi-lingual team
- Act as a partner for other functions impacting the order to cash process - customer services, supply chain, finance, cash management
- Identify and implement improvements linked to Order to Cash process
Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, finance or business
- Min. 5 years' experience of Operations management in a Shared Services environment
- Experience in a customer facing role or managing a customer facing team
- Experience in managing change or transformational projects within Finance function, preferably in OtC area
- Knowledge of credit collections process and use of collection tools
- Experience in implementation of automation and robotic solutions within collections environment
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle for OTC process stream is a strong plus
- Knowledge of MS Office, expert in Excel
- Fluent English is a must. Other European language is a strong plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch)
- Proven successful experience of building and developing teams
- Able to balance competing priorities and be able to set direction for self and wider team to deliver according to the expectations
