For one of our Client, global company who develops its structures in Warsaw, we are looking for people with strong managerial experience on OtC Manager position.

Responsibilities:
Monitor teams and individual performance
Provide feedback & support to the team
Manage administrative processes
Report KPI’s to management and external client
Prepare and facilitate team meetings to ensure information sharing and communication
Suggest and inspire standardization & improvement initiatives
Support the team with problematic customers
Demonstrate experience in delivering strong performance against challenging targets
Requirements:
4-year experience on managerial position
Experience in accounts receivable department minimum 5 years
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong people management skills
Very good knowledge of English
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
