OTC manager

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Finance & Accounting and OTC processes
- Support the team to achievements quality standards defined in relevant SLAs
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of F&A OTC transaction processing, working with the continuous improvement team
- Ensure completion of all required F&A OTC processing activities within agreed budget
- Support the OTC accounting research, interpretation and implementation as necessary
- Ensure F&A OTC team members within assigned work areas maintain appropriate levels of technical competence through education and training
- Contribute, as required, to the maintenance and updating of F&A OTC processes and procedures
- Perform Customer Data management role
- Oversee film box office and billings activities and cash application activities
- Support Collections and Cash Balance Queries
- Experience of supervising staff within F&A and OTC process
- Good understanding of OTC Finance processes and process improvement
- Good to have working knowledge of Spirit World and/or SAP Financials
- Experience of negotiating and managing performance against service level agreements
- Ability to effectively communicate, at all levels, across the business and finance organization with strong business English (oral and written) language skills
- Quick decision making skills
