For our Client, international company located in Katowice supporting logistics processes, we are currently looking for Candidates with very good command of English to work as Order Validation Specialist in Order to Cash department.
Person on this position will be responsible forthe operational tasks of orders processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target, deliver different order to cash processes KPI’s, being in touch with local Customer Service organisations, warehousing, distribution and transportation.
To be successful on this position you need to have fluent English and good computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel).Others requirements include very good communication skills and ability to work under time pressure. Experience in Customer Service will be an asset.
