Your new role
In your new role you will manage Customer Requirements and ensure successful delivery across all countries, by understanding, preparing, registering and acknowledging the order details to the Customer and keeping the requestor informed.
You'll help formalising the customers’ requirements during the order lifecycle, contribute to the customer satisfaction by providing honest and clear communication to the customer and showing proactivity while managing cease or cease related requests.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to gave Customer Service Experience in Multinational Companies. The ability to deal with written Customer Requests is very important. Strong customer service attitude in combination with strong skills of ENGLISH AND GERMAN / FRENCH will help you be one step closer to this great professional experience.
