One of the world’s leading system suppliers of carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food established a Global Business Services center in Cluj-Napoca.
Now they are building the team in Romania and seeking for colleagues for their Order management team!
You now have the chance to be part of this new team and contribute to the implementation of a service centre incorporating multiple functions from many areas and offering various opportunities for your professional career.
In your new role, the main responsibility will be to provide high quality customer services to a portfolio of Company's Customers. Most frequent activities will be related to active managing of customer orders or customer demand planning in SAP, planning of orders, check of plausibility and alignment with customer regarding the real demand (in regards of volume and timing), date / order confirmation to customer, tracking and creation of order on hand lists, control of customer specifications for production.
At the same time, you'll act as the interface for sales,quality, dispatch, production planning, demand planning at the plant sites.
To succeed in this role, first you need to speak advanced English and Italian.
Minim 1,5 years of job experience, preferable in a similar area: Customer Service, Sales, Logistics or related would be highly appreciated.
Since you'll have direct contact with the customers, strong interpersonal communication skills and customer focused attitude are necessary competencies.
