On behalf of our client, an international company from new technologies area, we are looking for an Order Management (Logistics) Team Leader to join an international order handling shared service centre placed in Warsaw.
Team Leader will provide support on equally managerial, operational and country specific topics basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management as well as customer order processing and logistics. One of the interesting challenges to undertake will be participation in building of a shared services delivery model dedicated to the European countries.
We are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication in English. Previous experience in people management and change management together with around 4 years of relevant experience in order processing and logistics is required. Moreover, candidates ought to have a knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) as well as basic knowledge of accounting and controlling. Experience in Lean Management and working in a SSC/BPO organization would be an asset.
