For our Client, an international company, operating in multifunctional area, we are looking for the Candidates for Customer Service positions within SSC entity of this company in Warsaw.
The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for processing requests, invoicing, crediting and monitoring realisation of customer sales plan. Your future duties will also include contribution of development process for Supply Chain and ensure the proper flow of information to various departments.
If you speak fluently in Polish, English and in additional language ( French, Spanish, Italian, German and Russian) please send us your resume! The right Candidates should have also min. 6 months of experience in Customer Service area (directly or by phone), ability to adapt to a changing working environment, customer and result orientation and excellent interpersonal skills as well.
