Your new role
As an Infrastructure Specialist you will provide a contribution to the support and maintenance of the company’s systems and databases. Your main responsibilities will involve maximizing uptime and availability for all databases, monitoring and improving database performance, maintaining database access and security. Moreover, database migrations and software upgrades. You will also analyze, develop and test Linux systems to ensure the integration of software, hardware, reliability, maintainability, and other specified requirements. What is more, you will help to maintain and support the activities required to run a 24x7 Production Data Center environment.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have five years’ experience working as a Database & Linux Administrator, good knowledge Oracle databases as well as SQL server and MySQL databases. Good proficiency in Linux systems administration is also required. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
