The position:
Great job opportunities in The Netherlands for optical engineers for important players in the high tech sector. We offer challenging assignments for research and development of a diverse range of products such as human care products, bio-medical instrumentation, molecular diagnostics, space applications, displays, LED’s and lasers. Every calibration specialist, optical designer, optical engineer or optical system engineer with experience and interest in one of these fields is welcome to apply.

Requirements


The requirements and competencies:

We are looking for engineers that:
• Have a bachelor, master or PhD in (Applied) Physics.
• Are experienced in radiometry, interferometry, lasers, sequential optics, photonic devices, fiber optics or in building advanced optical setups - knowledge with alignment plan and adjusting.
• Have design experience with tools such as Lighttools, Zemax, Code5, etc.
• Have knowledge of statistics.
• Are strong experimentalists.
• Are accurate in their work and result oriented.
• Have a pro-active approach and critical attitude.
• Are self reliant and can function well in a team.
• Are strong communicators, customer oriented and show entrepreneurship.
• Are eager to learn.
