THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

A small to medium sized organisation that processes fresh food products for its clients in in the Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for leading the production facilities and ensuring a smooth running of the production operations.

Furthermore, you will guide the implementation of new production lines and processes and making improvements to the current production processes.
Due to the size of the company you are not afraid to get your hands dirty. Furthermore, your experience within the (fresh) food industry has prepared you to take on this challenge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure production runs smoothly
- Introduction of new production processes
- Improve current production processes
- Ensure continuous production and volume increase

REQUIREMENTS

- Recent experience with fresh food production
- Hands-on mentality
- Experienced with food production processes
