THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is a middle-large multinational and is currently growing fast and looking for a operations manager with several years of experience in the Food Industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Operations Manager you are responsible for the location in Noord-Brabant. For this role the company is looking for an experience Operations Manager with experience in the Food, fresh products with a background in Food Technology or Chemistry with +10 years of experience in a similar position within the Food Industry.
The Plant has +/-90FTE and the plant manager will be responsible for production, maintenance/engineering, supply chain and hr. Motivating and coaching employees to grow and develop themselves are also an important focus. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for the export to clients abroad and therefore is looking for a Operations Manager who has already experience in a similar position.

REQUIREMENTS
-Background in Food Technology and/or Chemistry
-More than 10 years of experience in a similar postion within the Food Industry
-Experience in the fresh products is required
-Knowledge of Dutch & English language
-HACCP, BRC & IFS
-Six Sigma Certification preferred
