Operations ManagerMiejsce pracy: Gdynia
Responsibilities:
Managing a big operation structure with over 50 FTE, including a few team leaders
Motivating, coaching and developing team members
Managing recruitment and succession planning for the teams in line with budget
Optimizing the processes within the team
Managing and designing the forward resource plan
Providing technical support to team members
Controling costs and delivering sustainable and profitable service options
Ensuring all processes are performed well by the team members
Ensuring service delivery of all processes performed by the team
Efficiently delegating issues to the team leaders
Organizing monthly staff meetings
Regular informal feedback session to staff
Monitoring KPI's
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in managing sizeable teams including team leaders
Experience in building, engaging with and managing people
Fluency in written and spoken English
Understanding stakeholder engagement
Strong organizational skills with capability to manage a big operation structure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and ability to think out-of-the-box
