ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Operations Excellence Manager you guarantee an effective sequence of operational processes and optimize those by resolving problems in an efficient way. The constant improvement of operations should be reached by motivating employees and finding the right means of communication. This position offers a high level of responsibility with regard to production processes and gives the opportunity to work internationally. The Operations Excellence Manager will be provided with extensive trainings (Lean etc.) and has the opportunity to grow within the company.

REQUIREMENTS
- Engineer with a university degree and experience in process optimization & project management
- Enthusiastic, organized and communicative
- Good leadership skills and the ability to present solutions in a clear way
- Fluency in English & German
- Open for international experiences
