Your next role
We are currently looking for Candidates for the challenging position of Operations Director to be based in Warsaw, with additional regional responsibility outside Poland. Operations Director will take care of overall operational management, including business development, sales, customer experience, as well as design and production. He or She will be responsible for recruiting, training and motivating the team, delivering operational effectiveness and acting as brand ambassador, supporting expansion on the new markets.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this position?
We are looking for Candidates with senior management experience (COO, CEO, Operations Director, Country Manager) gained in fashion/ retail sector, most preferably with background at luxurious brands. The perfect Candidate should be an effective communicator and negotiator, well organized, with ability to prioritize the workload. Very good English knowledge is necessary.
