As an Internet Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the online marketing channels for Tagvenue UK operations (SEO, SEM and content distribution with experience in display, retargeting, e-mail, affiliate being a plus) and manage marketing communication both onsite and offsite.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute on winning marketing strategies
Constantly seek the most effective and efficient channels for Tagvenue by monitoring, maintaining and setting targets to our SEO, PPC and content strategies
Manage the relationship with SEO, digital media and social media marketing specialists to increase the effectiveness of our marketing activities
Analyse user behaviour and maximise conversions through the use of A/B testing
Keep up to date with new digital marketing and web developments
Actively seek, plan and implement new marketing opportunities
Oversee the creation and delivery of website content and social media strategies
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in Digital Marketing, with SEO, SEM and content distribution (experience in an online marketplace or in another high growth start up is a plus)
Very good understanding of Google Analytics
Broad experience with Retargeting, RTB, social and all other digital paid marketing activities is a plus
Very strong understanding of good (and legal!) SEO practices and winning strategies for attracting traffic from search engines
Fluent English in a business and every day setting
Highly results and metrics-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement against KPIs
Ability to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, with competing priorities and deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Experience in working with third party agencies and marketing specialists, with proven results of managing these relationships effectively is a plus
