For one of our new global RPO contracts we are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Client Managerto be based in Poland.Our Client is a Fortune 100 business which is ranked, by Fortune Magazine, as one of the most admired companies in the world.

Workingon-site you will be proactively managing the recruitment process from requisition to placement across different client’s entities in Poland, providing a market leading RPO service and driving direct candidate sourcing initiatives whilst developing and promoting the relationship between yourself and stakeholders.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Proactively manage the recruitment process from requisition to placement with a focus on the direct sourcing of the highest quality talent
• Engage with stakeholders to promote the recruitment process
• Assist and train managers on the e-recruitment systems and relevant processes
• Ensure compliance with all service offerings and policies

You must be an experienced and driven recruiter, who is credible with proven relationship development skills and have a historyof exceptional delivery to customers.
