On behalf of our Client, a global GSS newly established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidate for the position of Office Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of Office Manager you will be responsible for leasing contract management, office planning, lay-out and fit-out supervision as well as supplier and service providers contract management. Your duties will be supporting and contributing to office planning, keeping facility management documentation, supervising maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. You will ensure compliance with healthy and safety standards as regulated by company and local law and ensure that delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met. The role also requires managing staff (such as Office Assistant) contractors and vendors relationships, coordinating office moves and event planning and execution.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 year experience on the similar position (office management) combined with great ability to organize, multitask and prioritize. You should be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues and stakeholders. Ability to communicate, negotiate and problem solving as well as proficiency in English is a must.
