Your new company
For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for Office Administrator.

Your new role
Within this position you will be mainly responsible for administrative support - for dealing with telephone and email enquiries, scheduling and attending meetings, organizing travels, sorting and distributing incoming post and updating the system. Your duties will also include preparing orders, invoicing, liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts and arranging in-house and external events.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree and fluency English (C1 level). Previous experience on a similar position (preferably in international environment) is also required. An ideal Candidate has to have strong communication and organizational skills and should be able to multitask.
