About the Client
Our Client is a well-known Shared Service Centre located in Katowice, now looking for energetic German Speakers to join their forces.
About the role
Working along your colleagues you will be the first point of contact for German customers within Accounts Payable area. You will be preparing documentation based on submitted data, reporting requested measurements. You will be given the possibility to prepare process documentation and improve processes continuously, as well as take part in process migration. Performing task assigned by your team manager accurately and in a timely manner.
About you
You are looking for a challenging job that will give you a clear career path. You want to see yourself develop, gain new knowledge and skills. You possess well developed interpersonal skills and are driven by helping people, advising them on what to do.
You are Customer oriented and can strike a perfect tone in any situation that comes your way. You are a fast learner who cannot be stopped on their way to success. You have excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
Both German and English language skills are a must (at B2 level or above).
Previous experience will be an asset, but is not essential.
