At the moment we are looking for:

- Monitoring the execution of the operational service processes (incident management, request fulfillment, change management and complaint management) by internal and external suppliers
- Coordinates the resolution of major incidents and communicates with all involved participants
- Initiates trend analyses of incidents, and ensures detection and validation of problem suggestions. Ensures problems are assigned to the correct resolver group
- Approves any business case associated with a problem resolution
- Coordinates with Network service provider staff to validate network alerts, issues and changes
- BSc degree with 2 + years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure service on a large enterprise scale
- Understanding of the Open Systems Interconnections (OSI) model is a must
- Understanding of WAN transport systems/services Telecommunications systems/service, LAN switch technology, routing protocols
- Knowledge of Multi-vendor hardware like Checkpoint firewalls, BIG IP F5 load balancers & Proxy hardware
- Ability to diagram and inventory the network and associated resources
- Understanding of network security
- Will be required to periodically work shifts incorporating either an early start or late finish
- Good command of English
