Job Description
On behalf of a global, developing company we are looking for Network and Voice/Lync Appliances Specialist.
The technical support will include such network and voice appliances as voice applications, call managers, hardphones, softphones, communication servers, voice gateways, call center systems, voice gatekeepers and IP phones.
Requirements
Person specification:
• Fluent English
• Experience in networking and Voice/Lync
• Good skills in VoIP technologies (IP PBX, IP Telephony, voicemails, call controls, SIP, QoS)
• Cisco CCNA (or equivalent) qualification
• Experience of a client / server environment
• Linux"Unix foundations
• Skills and experience in one or more of the following technical areas:
- network configurations and protocols,
- hardware technologies,
- operating systems,
- database systems,
• Ability to structure and draft technical documentation
