.NET/C++ developer with practical knowledge of CAD

At the moment we are looking for:

You will be involved with development of a software product, which is the next generation calculation tool for prescriptive and FEA analyses. It is full 3D, state of the art modelling and analyses software
- Create and maintain geometry library functions and create interfaces to
external CAD/CAE systems - Develop algorithms for generating three-dimensional CAD models
- Assist other engineers to solve issues in interoperability of CAD models
- Create and update existing GUI for 2D/3D modelling
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English
- Deep knowledge of the fundamentals of a geometric kernel of a CAD system
- Analytical skills, especially in Numerical Analysis
- Geometric algorithms implementation – geometric data structures
- Practical knowledge of CAD systems
Great to have:
- Participation in research projects / technical reports composition
- PhD in the area of Computer Aided Geometric Design (CAGD)
- Experience with .NET / C++
- Experience in developing CAD kernel APIs (e.g., ACIS, ParaSolid, Granite, CGM), with ACIS strongly preferred
- Experience
in developing geometric modeling software using CAD modeler APIs (e.g., SolidWorks API, Siemens NX Open, Pro-Engineer)
