National Sales Manager (IT outsourcing) (m/f)
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities within SSC and BPO sector and sales team management.

Our Client is a rapidly growing top class software development and IT outsourcing company , with more than 10 years of experience. Due to a further expansion, we are searching for National Sales Manager with previous experience of working with companies from SSC/BPO sector .
Location : Wrocław or Katowice or Kraków.
Description
- Identify target accounts in assigned territory using market data and industry intelligence.
- Work with other sales resources to gain access to target accounts ( SSC/ BPO) and identify sales opportunities that can be addressed.
- Overseeing sales performance across several location in Poland.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Client's customer base.
- Present value and positioning of Company services in customer relevant and competitor differentiated manner.
- Coordinate resources to allow the customer to evaluate solutions through customer/business relevant assist demonstrations and positioning of other offerings.
- Represent in market place meeting with customers and supporting marketing initiatives to build pipeline
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a sales leader in IT Outsourcing company.
- Previous experience of working with clients from the SSC/BPO sector.
- Skilled in negotiation techniques and commercial understanding of contractual considerations of a IT service/software vendor.
- Competence developing and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences.
- Ability to discuss complex software concepts and product capabilities in business relevant manner.
- Strong communicator, analytical and a proven track record of working well under pressure.
- Advanced English written/verbal communication skills.
