Multichannel Advisor is responsible for management of the dedicated Multichannel and Digital projects to support CVTs in achievement of brand goals and grow the business in line with the company goals. He/she is responsible for support and implementation of a multichannel activities in go-to-market strategies/campaigns in dedicated/strategic therapeutic areas.  This position work closely with marketing and medical teams to create engaging campaigns while tracking and reporting on their effectiveness.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert on Multichannel towards assigned projects (marketing automation, eDetailing, online webinar, recording), suggesting the right channels/activities to engage with specific stakeholder groups, acting upon specific behavioral objectives
  • Project Management and Execution of all multichannel activities in assigned Projects in cooperation with external digital agencies (eDetailing, online webinar, recordings);
  • Partnering and working with external vendors, suppliers and partners as needed to achieve customer engagement objectives;
  • Lead workshops and meetings, producing briefs, financial schedules and reports; draft business cases; and coordinate activities by matrix and remote teams;
  • Work with Business Intelligence and brand teams to monitor the performance of owned assets against agreed metrics and provide timely reports;
  • Develop partnerships with right 3rd parties to increase company brands footprint on the web to extend the reach to our resources and content;
  • Fully reviewing multichannel analytics and reporting, monitor them constantly and address eventual issues or opportunities (MC Dashboard);
  • Supervising and consulting on best practices and effectiveness of automated marketing campaigns combining several channels across the organization, including monthly benchmarks and reports
  • Enabling product managers to use latest digital/ multichannel techniques for obtaining valuable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams in development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurtures and lead management programs
  • Strong collaboration in CEE Multichannel Team and active development and promotion assigned 'area of expertise' across CEE region.

 

Crucial requirements for candidates:

  • Education: University / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant business-related discipline (marketing, e-marketing)
  • Experienced in:  e-Marketing (min. 2 years), proven track record in developing effective multichannel activities and delivering successful online campaigns / projects

Abilities/ Skills:

  • Excellent command of Polish and  English both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated, innovative with an inspiring personality
  • Strong analytical, communicational and planning skills oriented towards delivering business results
  • Highly developed presentational and organizational skills
  • Areas of expertise should include one or more of the following:
    • Development of online platforms
    • Marketing Automation
    • Mobile Solutions
    • Content Management, SEO, SEM
    • Social Media campaigns
    • Online transmissions (webinars)
  • Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and pro-activity
  • Ability to work under pressure, in the environment of high expectations
  • Decision-maker, ‘Can-Do-Attitude’
