Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brussel Belgium.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will primarily focus on ways to generate relevant traffic from the target audience to the company's patient focused support and services on our website. You will take the lead in content management and have to take the lead how to drive the engagement through our website. Using you online marketing expertise, it is up to you how to best position our website within the pharmaceutical market for maximum exposure.
You will work closely with the customer acquisition team and customer experience team to guarantee to guarantee the customer insights are correctly translated to the website.
Besides this your long term goal will be to grow our customer base and indicate time to explore new and/or unused channels to maximize traffic generation to our website
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Translate the multi-channel strategy into concrete actions
- Work on cross-country projects and creative campaigns and be able to pick out what the projects are about and what they need
- Targets are set ib Multi-channel and customer satisfaction KPI's
- The monitoring of visitors, sales, customer base growth and customer satisfaction
- Managing X-functional team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc or Msc level is required
- At least 3 years of experience with online multi channel marketing
- Familiar with WordPress
- Strong cummunicator
- Preferably excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French
- Able to identify commercial opportunities and seize them
- You are performance driven
