At the moment we are looking for:

- Be part of new functionalities development in Lync area on global level of organization
- Evolve and deployment of monitoring and instrumentation tools for Lync
- Manage Lync eco system
network, SQL and desktop client
Integration of Lync with: - Exchange (Unified Messaging)
- Video Conferencing platform (Cisco)
- Troubleshoot end to end infrastructure including compliance stack (Actiance)
- Support coverage and tests execution for managed platform
- Ensure solution meets operation specifications
- Provide tier 2/3 support for Lync escalations
- Experience of deploying and operating enterprise scale Lync platforms
- Background for Microsoft Systems technologies and/or voice communication services (deployment, configuration and support)
- Knowledge of Lync and voice / call routing
- Knowledge and experience of integration with voice systems - e.g. Avaya ACME packets
- Experience in configuring conferencing and voice policies
- Experience in configuration of voice routing, dial plans and SIP trunks
- Demonstrate experience with Exchange Unified Messaging
- Experience of Lync monitoring tools and Synthetic Transactions
- Experience in troubleshooting complex Lync environments
- IT Operations experience (Change Management, Problem and Incident Management)
- Deep understanding of underlying Lync components such as: Routing Groups, Windows Fabric, SQL mirroring, Pool Pairing and Backup Service
- Fluent English
