Responsibilities:
- repairing transactions and inputting transactions in line with set deadlines and adhering to all procedures and controls
- providing clear, complete and accurate answers to Money Transfer related queries with specific focus on root cause
- ensuring that regulatory daily, weekly, monthly and annual procedures and reporting tasks are adhered to, breaches of controls etc. are reported to the appropriate parties
- identifying and escalating any anomaly or suspicious activity
- university level education preferred in a finance/accounting related discipline
- excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
