ROLE DESCRIPTION
As molecular breeder you will be responsible for all communication with the outsourced molecular breeding work and towards the breeders and the rest of the company. You will report to the Director of the R&D Department and work in close collaboration with the breeders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be expected to show initiative in the work that has to be done and be competent in rough data analysis. Communications with the breeders is very important and therefore you need to be able to explain what you have done and what you are working on.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc and PhD in related field;
- Several years experience in the industry;
- Motivation to exceed expectations;
- Understand basic molecular breeder tools.
